There is zero creativity and artistry. For example, there is no bar that makes a “Nairobian”. Order a “manhattan” or “Long Island” and they will just make it by the book and if they add creativity it is just more booze.
The cocktail shakers are either plastic or steel, we need a cocktail shaken inside a guard/calabash with some local spicing.
