Why would you go seeking closure from whomever?
What exactly do you hope to gain from it?

Years back is a long time, so you should proceed with caution.

Closure could be; wanting to know the real reason for breaking up, wanting to see how you are doing in life, wanting to get intimate again etc.

In my case none of that will be happening. But why would one want to get it, the closure? Doesn’t it just stir up issues leading to a vicious circle of the past?

Closure is all about sex. She held you so highly and the new dude is failing to hit those notes. She wants to confirm whether indeed you were that good or she was just smitten…Give it to her one last time…she wont like it…and she will actually ask herself why she ever fell for you in the first place.

I am a female. I am having a hard time grasping this and that is why I want to understand it better from a male perspective. I understand this platform has a majority of its members as male.

All perspectives are welcome though regardless of gender.
