Pipeline came up so fast that by the time the govt realized what was going on it was beyond control. Nowadays the only thing remaining is to try and cover face by providing basic such as improving the roads, water and electricity supply. There are areas in Pipeline that are better than even Umoja, i,e the Kware area.
Living in a multifunctional society, mixed residential and commercial estate has it’s advantages and disadvantages too and pipeline is the best example to experience this.
Anyone who needs to write a thesis on this can go and stay here and they will be suprised on how much they can gather from here.
