Do you have kids? A while back, I would have similar opinions as yours. I came to realize people with kids have different worldview compared to those who dont. People who have kids cant stand being fired, because they NEED the job. If you had kids, and driving was your only source of income, you would hold that placard high…trust me

Yes I do, thing is I’ve never been employed in my life. Simply because I’m nobody’s bitch. Kuita ita mtu sir ama madam, mpaka saa ngapi? I’m not saying there’s anything wrong with being employed, I just don’t understand what it feels like.
What I do is I make sure I’m not overly dependent on a single customer/employee/supplier. When that starts happening, I also start working very hard to reduce their influence over my life or business. That way, no one can arm twist me into embarrassing myself like this. When people smell desperation, they tend to treat you really badly.
Huyu jamaa most likely he’s the sole breadwinner, pengine alikataa kufungulia bibi kibanda yenye at least ingekua inawaletea extra income. Nigga probably doesn’t save, only living hand to mouth. Management knows this, so they can do this knowing he doesn’t have options.
