Sonko has reshuffled his executive a whopping 6 times. He says that once he appoints an executive, he/she acts as an angel for the first few days and then join “CARTELS”. That is why he keeps on firing and hiring them. Those with insider information, is this true? What makes the governor acts this way? Where is the county heading?
