1-how and or where can I chip my PS3 in Nairobi?
2-Further, I have a US-REGION (NTSC) PS3…how do I play games from other regions (PAL based) on it…it refuses to play any PS-2 games I buy from the streets in Nairobi (and I have assumed this is because they are PAL UK based since I thought PS3 is backward compatible)
