Ring Road Kilimani will be China Town in Nairobi. Perekea hiyo statement Mwangi wa Ekwetey umwambie utakujia pesa ikimature…
In five years to come, we shall have so many Chinese in our mashinani
The Chinese are late by 100 years or so. The Eugenics had proposed bringing the Chinese in the East African coast at the beginning of last century.
The main purpose of this move was genetic structuring.
This is where Kenya domestic policy will be decided. Actually that is already happening at the Chinese embassy.
Development is good, but the common man will never enjoy these goodies. Apartments starting at 15million kes. I call it illusions if it isn’t making a difference to the average Kenyan.
To me development would be the end of slums, hunger, drought. The day kenyans will stop struggling just to eat and shelter themselves is the day I’ll agree that we’ve developed, otherwise all these niceties you post aren’t developed to me, they just the rich man’s enjoyment and success.
I would like to see , food extremely cheap that even a guy who earns 200kes a day eats a balanced diet, electricity free , and fuel cheap. Tell me it’s not realistic , and I tell you capitalism has conquered our minds.

http://keydifferences.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/11/Economic-growth-vs-development.jpgEconomic Growth refers to the rise in the value of everything produced in the economy. Conversely, Economic Development is defined as the increase in the economic wealth of a country or a particular area, for the welfare of its residents. People often get confused between these two terms easily, but there is a difference. Here, you should know that economic growth is an essential but not the only condition for economic development. In this article, you will find all the substantial differences between economic growth and economic development.
who is this common man?
Me and you
Thanks @0%_Omera for that link. @spear and all government officials cannot tell the difference between economic growth and economic development.
There’s a reason we are referred as ‘Developing Nation’ and not ‘Developed’.
But @spear wanna present growth (which impacts a small number of people) as development( which impacts masses).
What cause the other, growth or development. IMO, development causes growth.
