I think Russia doesn’t want to start or be involved in another war while they have an ongoing war with Ukraine and also I don’t think china want to takes sides against its largest trading partner

They can join obviously but Iran has to prove itself first. They learned from their mistakes in Syria. There’s no use supporting a government if it has no popular backing.
A good example is Ukraine. When Russia first invaded, the world was watching to see Ukrainian wanted to be saved. When they proved they can fight help arrived.
If China/Russia jump the gun they could be left holding a lump of coal as the whole country moves to support America.
