Lol. They’re just churning out biological robots. In fact this plays right into the stereotypes Westerners have about China and the Orient in general. But this is exactly what Africa needs. The owners of capital need to create systems such as these to exploit the full potential of Africans instead of having them become beasts of burden in Saudi, Qatar, Sweden and the like.
These are the skills the job market is asking for, what they call “marketable skills”.
Those stereotypes nimezisikia, and from my observation of these people, it’s true and that’s the power behind their growth. While the west focuses on building the individual self and trains them for individual achievement even at the expense of others, the orient train their kids to prioritise communal achievement where individuals sacrifice their individuality for the communal identity
