Possible, there are people who hate humans with a passion, maybe because of something a person did to them or didn’t do for them. It’s also highly likely that they are not quite normal, their brains are incapable of registering sympathy and they are totally unable to feel remorse. There’s that documentary by Morgan Freeman I posted on one of your threads recently.
He met just that kind of person in jail. The fellow can’t even have any excuse to justify raping and killing several women it’s like something would suddenly drive him to it, and he couldn’t help it, or understand why. No doubts, no moral tussle. Just pure instinct. Pure evil.
