How do they determine the amount be be paid in child support? Is there a mathematical formula?
They deduct a third of the man’s net salary. So what guys do is they produce a payslip showing they are servicing multiple loans. The courts hazinanga time na resources,za kuenda ku confirm kama the payslip is genuine.

As much as am happy for the guy, he would punishing his child for absolutely no reason. Anareduce upkeep ending up reducing the quality of life of his kid instead. Separations are tricky though, you can never tell 100% where the money goes when you send upkeep money.
