I’m not sure if this image can be referred to as a technical design. However, from my understanding, bra_bra_cupship seemed to be asking about engineering drawings — like PCB schematics in electrical engineering or mechanical design blueprints. In that case, my answer is: no, it can’t.

That’s a flat lay. Even a technical shoe design it can’t. That’s the simplified version. But anyway, a shoe isn’t in any way overly complicated. There’s also plenty of these on the web for gpt to have copied. Industrial design on the other hand…
