The only phones with changeable IMEIs are clone phones originally referred as China phones here in Kenya. They run on Android but be very warned.
The moment you do a hard reset on such a phone it actually loses its IMEI and for it to acquire a network signal it must have an IMEI. Others have a blocked IMEI by the Network provider coz they aren’t genuine, thus having to configure a new IMEI that ain’t blocked.
How do you change the IMEI?
Well, I won’t Google that for you.

Hahaha… @snapdragon kuja hapa. The parts in bold are incorrect. Thugs nowadays steal android phones and have the IMEI changed and this is how you lose your phone completely. My sister lost a samsung phone bought from a Safa

If your phone is an mtk .
you can use mtk engineering mode
Kitu raisi sana… zima phone,toa battery… utaona apo sticker flani iko na imei… rarua hio sticker kisha chukua karatasi andika imei unataka na ubandike apo na glue(sio cellotape) … after hio washa simu na utaona imei imegeuka.
*sorry nilisahau kukuambia uweke battery kabla uwashe simu,usiwashe bila battery.
