Chakula ya Bachelor : Tumbukiza

Recipe hii hapa :

  • Viazi kubwa nne (Kama uko solo)
  • Ndizi kubwa kadhaa (Tell your Mama Mboga to peel them for you coz you dont want to touch uvusandu : the sticky stuff that can’t get off easy - wale wanajua what its called in english saidia)
  • Pilipili Kali na Hoho.
  • Nyama ile ina mifupamifupa yenye ina uVuhaare (bone marrow) ndani
  • Spinach (don’t bother kukatakata)
  • Dhania (Kuna M-Tanzania flani aliniuliza ati mbona wakenya mnaeka Dhania kwa kila kitu). Nikamwambia ashinde hapo.
  • Nyanya kadhaa.

*Nyama butcher atakatakata, Grocery, viazi na ndizi kazi yote mama mboga amalizie kwa kibanda. Wewe kazi yako ni kurusha ghasia kwa sufuria.

Get a big sufuria, weka maji itokote tokotoko, rusha hizo vitu zote ndani and wait for an hour. Enjoy the froth, and when you land on the occasional mfupa, lamba with fervor. Kama bone marrow ilisurvive huko ndani, inyonye.

  • Very healthy food. Hakuna mafuta. Kama una blender koroga juice ya maembe, kama huna jisort na minute maid.

My Bachelor Recipe

  1. Water

  2. Rice

  3. Meat

  4. Salt

  5. Carrots, Tomatoes, Kitunguu , Viazi na dhania.

Procedure.

Fry the kitunguu in a Sufuria until it turns golden brown then add everything else (chopped: Meat, Carrots, tomatoes, vitunguu, dhania and pili pili hoho.

Stir however you feel like while adding small amounts of water as you do so.

After the soup is well formed, fill the Sufuria with water depending on the amount of rice you want to eat.

Put some salt to taste then add the rice into the Sufuria and allow it to cook until soft.

Eat.

Anything boiled is good. . . .hata kuku kienyeji. Ukimaliza kukata weka kwa jiko na maji mini. Let it boil for a long while. Halfway put in all your spices. Let it continue to boil till meat can easily fall off the bone. Hiyo supu utakunywa ukiamka hapo you have new bones.
