Portugal did not fight it’s drug epidemic by closing down pubs and bars. They chose a proactive stance that legalized all drugs and deployed social health workers to help drug addicts recover and re-intergrate them into society instead of jailing them and wasting state resources. I wouldn’t think Gachagu has such brains. He is operating through force as taught by his political god father Moi. Someone should wake him up
If you want to fight illegal brews, you go after changaa, muratina, karubu brewers, not going after licensed bars and restaurants who sell licensed brands.
