Hehe, I’d not scrutinised the omena dish well. I do eat omena, but I wouldn’t touch that, with its chips and whole semi-ripe dwarf tomatoes thrown in, everything swimming in water. Chifu should get a more serious cook, though I think he concocted this himself.
