Currently I am earning 80k as a manager. Now I have gotten an offer of 150k but I will be a clerk. Should I go steps down my career for money?
$$$$$$$$Titles mean shit. I would gladly be a watchman for 2 mil a month than a manager for 100k a month. Also, your position as manager remains in your CV so you have nothing to lose.
Unakula pesa ama title? Will you lose the qualifications that made you manager ? Are you a career employee ama unatafuta pesa ujisimamie?
Could the troller be @volton ?
Sahii ndio shida ya lakeside mboois, mnapenda title kuliko mbeshaa…
Yes who is @M2Random = @Quanstrom
Hujaskia msemo wa “umeneja umebaki jina tuu”
c unipee hiyo KAZI ama unipee through pass ki ozil ninukishe kitunguu pia mimi life imenichapia Ile mbaya
If a clerk earns 150k, imagine what a manager earns. But more importantly, the latter organization seems to have a better career growth path than the former.
take the job like yesterday!
Also, take into consideration the kind of firm and your profession. If it’s a law firm and you studied, say, animal husbandry, I would advise you against taking the new job.
I don’t want to sound like I am stereo typing but are you from the lakeside?
In one of my hustles , I have a very lowly title but the income is something to smile about.
:D:D:D:D
Wewe ni kama wale Sales & Marketing Executive’s hulipwa 30k per month wanapata opportunity elsewhere kama receptionists with 50k plus salo wanakataa ati ju title si kubwa na hawapewi business cards:D:D:D:D…Just do what you want. I thought managers are strategists???
