CAR TYRES

Just don’t get tyres at a sale!

Been using Goodyear since 2014.
80,000 kms later I have dented 2 rims along the way but not even a single puncture.
Fucking awesome brand

Awesome brand but at what cost?

Kuanzia baisikeli, Ujaruo gharama.
Front tyre Continental, rear tyre Michelin.

How many things do you drive and ride and at what time?

If it has wheels…
:D:D

or tits - you can ride!

Linglong nilionyeshwa kuifinya inabonyea almost ikunjike into a half…hiyo kokoto itararua bana

Hiyo achilles niliona sio mbaya.Stiffer than the light linglong

Size that is okay…Getting a good brand ndio tricky.Seen hata sijui za china zingine za India.Shida its the salesmen lingua…can’t squeeze the truth from them.

Ling long is soft and wears quicker than ice cream on a sunny day.

I have been on Achilles too .So far so good i have less tire roll noise and decent grip on wet surfaces.

Im using Dunlop since they came with my car. No complaints

You’ve been very lucky. 185/70R13 and 175/70R13 Yana zilisumbua vinoma sana. That’s how we discovered GT Radial (Indonesia).

Too ‘soft’ for commercial purposes though.

Very noisy though.

Sasa tuliamua aje? Tires for cars…that will not break the bank

Practical experience: Pirelli (Argentina) would last about 3 months, 4 at most (sizes 175/70R13 and 185/70R13). Yana would last about 5-6 months, but wear out unevenly (hata nyuma kwa diff) and had by far too many manufacturer defects that caused bumps to develop on the sidewall. GT Radial (Indonesia) would last around 11-12 months, absolutely no issues. Best tyre ever at the time, at about half the price of Yana and 2/3 the price of Pirelli.

Distances covered: 3000km every 8-12days.

If you go for Achilles, make sure it’s made in India. Counterfeits ni nyingi.

For 195R15C, none beats TruckMax/ Maxxis at the moment. As always with a good thing, counterfeits have recently appeared.
