Car self service

After realizing that the official dealer will overcharge me, and my local mech was fleecing me (switching my genuine spark plugs with fake ones right under my nose - I think I need new glasses), I have decided to go the self service route.

I already have all the tools needed, and I can cheaply get genuine filters plugs and oils.

My biggest question, is where to dump the used oil. Where do the petrol station guys take theirs?

Being a tree-hugger, my conscience will not allow me to bury it. In its processed state, the oil is not the same stuff that came out of the ground. Plus I use the synthetic sh*t.

If I could afford a Model S Tesla with a solar power plant to charge it, I’d be in high heaven.

That should not worry you. Put it in a kibuyu and store it somewhere. It will come in handy some day. Alternatively, sell it to those people who collect used oil. You can get their contacts from the service stations.

Ama get yourself a used oil burner and use it to warm your cold nights…
