just a quick question - if i know someone who wants to buy a car is it possible to earn commission from introducing them to a certain car yard (acting as a broker)? I.E if a friend is looking for a merc and i facilitate the sale.
If so, what percentage am i entitled to?

That will depend on your agreement with the owner of the car and the genorosity of the buyer. You can market the cars as your own and then direct the customers to the owner. This is happening, that is why you find on olx one car being sold by several sellers

If that’s his range, just make sure you get him a fantastic one with lower mileage and extras, then tell him to allow you to negotiate for him, if you manage to lower the asking price, then let him know you will be taking a certain percentage/share of the bargain. Akikubali sawa, akikataa…pia sawa, your decision… Coz later if he/she discovers you played him behind his/her back, it will be bye bye to your friendship…
