They have the infrastructure to get everyone on the Grid but the African is happy when their brother suffers. 60 decades we should have evolved that each constituency had a dam and sometimes an electricity producing company but our retarded leaders want to eat with no regard for future generations. We cut trees, didn’t conserve water and now we have a drought. KPLC has what we call monopolies of scale so competition is not viable,…the only way to get them is development of the solar industry.
