My experience in Arusha is that TZ in general has a low purchasing power for a foreign business. So you will have to do typical ocha businesses like mini supermarket, milk depot, nduthi spare parts etc etc.
Don’t bother with prostitution, sex is basically free there. Unless unauza mkundu… labda unaeza pata kitu.
