Can A Mature Believer Sin So Much, Forgiveness is Off the Table?

What is a brother or sister to do, if he falls so far, he can’t comprehend Forgiveness?

What would you advise a Pastor/Bishop/Prophet who falls into sexual sin?

What if he is also a drunkard?

Can someone like that be forgiven?

Explain with scripture…

@messiahette

Enjoy life to the maximum.

Tutapewa mwili mpya binguni.

Only God forgives.

So kondoo wa huyo pastor should cane that pastor properly for preaching water and drinking wine.

Acting pious yet they are perpetrators of all sins known to man.

This is not a sin.
Can’t be.

haidhuru you’re also human

But he also made us in his image.
So forgive but don’t forget.

Sin is unbelief in God. That is the only sin which cannot be forgiven because to be pardoned, one must believe in the one doing the forgiving.
How should we treat a brother or sister who has veered from the path of Truth? In Galatians 6:1, it says: “Brothers and sisters, if someone is caught in a sin, you who live by the Spirit should restore that person gently. But watch yourselves, or you also may be tempted.”

God loves a truly repentant and contrite heart. Look at David…He committed adultery, orchestrated a murder, and tried to cover it all up but God forgave and restored him. Once God saves a person, that person cannot lose their salvation.

If it was possible to lose salvation we would’ve disqualified ourselves by now. We can’t save ourselves or KEEP ourselves saved by our own righteousness. God has to do all the saving by grace and KEEP us saved by grace to the end.

God chose His people before the foundation of the world to be holy and blameless before Him and He cannot lose even one of them. John 6:39. “And this is the will of Him who sent Me, that I shall lose none of those He has given Me, but raise them up at the last day.”

Sinned according to man’s rules and regulations.

Amen

(Matthew 17:21) But this kind of demon does not go out but by prayer and fasting.

Prayer and Fasting.
Will share some advice, ask God to lead you.
Drunkenness and sexual sins are all demons that need more insight. However prayer and fasting deals with them all. Fasting removes all forms of addiction as well.

Recommendations.

  1. Praying and Fasting.
  2. Confessing the sin,by accepting that they did the sin, naming the actual sin before Jesus and naming the persons involved in the sin.
  3. Pleading for Mercy, Grace and Forgiveness from Jesus Christ and asking for help to stay away from the temptation.
  4. If they are married, they need to confess the (sexual) sin to their partner and ask for forgiveness (If they do not confess it, they are still hiding it which means they are still attached to it)
  5. Turning from this sin and staying away from the temptation at all costs.(chillspots, friends, family and coworkers if need be)

If you are willing, advice them that if they are in ministry, tell them to beware and ask God of a demon called Leviathan (Isaiah 27:1). Else, it will burn their ministry down to ashes if Jesus does not intervene.

Be blessed.
