With a high end Samsung phone, you don’t need a call blocker. They come with an inbuilt call blocker

I’ve used Blacklist by anttek for several years. It’s one of the first apps I install on every phone.
Pretty good except I don’t like it ringing once before disconnecting, would prefer if it just sent the caller an error message direct

it doesn’t work on airtel. Apparently, they did it on purpose.
