CAF fines Senegal $615K for misconduct during the AFCON final

Senegal fined $615,000 for supporters’ misconduct, team misbehaviour, and multiple bookings. Head coach Pape Thiaw suspended for 5 CAF matches, while Iliman Ndiaye and Ismaila Sarr receive 2 match bans each.

Morocco fined $315,000 for ball boys’ misconduct, team misbehaviour, and fans’ use of laser pointers.

CAF has also rejected Morocco’s appeal to strip Senegal of the AFCON 2025 title.
