Buying into Tsavo Lifestyle Apartments

Wanakijiji, been monitoring these apartments https://tsavo.ke for a while sanasana the upcoming ones on Riruta, Kiambu Rd & Ngong Rd na pia nimeosha rungu hapo sana so I know the live-in feel & environ setup , I digress…is it a wise investment to get myself a Superior Studio/1bdrm either niondokee rent ama serviced apartment/Airbnb 3Mill max.
Kama ni ya kuondekea rent I’ll still live within Nrb, it’s environs, work & amenities without fealing the pinch of paying someone rent, don’t mind living a minimalistic setup I’m a bachelor.
I noticed they sell out fast so when I’m finally in a position to buy/build my dream home I’ll dispose of it fast. Leteni maoni wenzangu ni mawazo tu, hio pesa central Nairobi haiwesi saidia sana na sitaki German masin. @Azor Ahai @Randy na wengine, thoughts?

People always buy new apartments. Yako ukinunua don’t expect it will sell as fast. May be in distant future when there’s nowhere else to build in Kanairo.

Okay, kama ni depreciation, nitakula what percentage hit?

It is your money. You can do whatever you want.

On buying apartments, cant be me.

I suspect that you fell in love with some apartments ukasahau user experience is not owner experience. I like luxury hotels but I know owning one is not a smart thing to do because running them is a nightmare for an inexperienced guy like me.

Why don’t you rent the apartment that you liked and erase the thought that renting is wasting money because it is not. You pay for a place to live and get utility from the space, it doesnt make you a lesser man.

If I was in your situation I would buy a 100100 plot in the outskirts of the city. Then I would rent that studio you want if your income can allow it (less than 20% of your net income). Lastly, I would erase the thought that renting is wasting money because it isnt. You will appreciate that decision later in life when you have kids because you will have a place to call home. At that time you will only need pesa ya kujenga na kama huna you will sell one 50100 plot and build on the other one.

When buying an apartment it all boils down to preferences, use and why… If you looking for a lifestyle tsavo is the place to be…I know the owner of tsavo and of his master builder/ architects was my classmate in campus so you can rest assured this are ppl who know exactly what they are doing on matters built environment. Check out sunset in thindigua and Royal surburb 2 in roysambu.

Question to you Fundi Konde.

Ushawahi sema project ni mbaya a.k.a have you ever given an unbiased opinion on RE?

Mimi ni fundi you shouldn’t be asking me questions… I don’t know shit:D.

I decide what to ask you. Give one example of a project that you gave a thumbs down…just one. I’ll wait.

You have a clear conflict of interest so nobody in their right mind should ever expect an objective and unbiased opinion from you.

At this point I understand your thought process like the back of my hand. You are a very cunning and crafty individual.

In this statement "I know the owner of tsavo and of his master builder/ architects was my classmate in campus so you can rest assured this are ppl who know exactly what they are doing on matters built environment. ", did you endorse the project because of its quality or because you have a business relationship and/or history with the proprietors?

Umefika huku tena? Next utatuambia Malaya wa Sabina joy ni wa kwenyu?

:D:D:D…still salty shikilia apo usibanduke.

:D:D:D:D…why would I give anything a thumbs down yet you will always be here do it. That is you job in this village you can keep it.

Finish that conman

did you endorse the project because of its quality or because you have a business relationship and/or history with the

On this i endorsed it because of the proprietors record… He was the founder of morohosis architects on of the biggest firms in this country. He is responsible for projects like the boma Hotel, FCB MIHRAB tower and image apartments in Kilmalini. Do your homework you will understand who you are dealing with.

When you buy offplan, there is always a risk going by the premium tears we have seen. Otherwise, it’s a good investment, buy, don’t be tempted to buy useless recycled vehicles that only depreciate in value.

:D:D…this coming from someone who goes to the club to doea alcohol from old men.
Juzi you deleted your thread on waitress hitting on you… what happened!!

Conman you can’t escape this one.

This describes you perfectly… you run and delete shit when it doesn’t go your way… I know exactly what you are trying sell but I am in such a good mood I won’t buy today.

Finish him.

Ile Tsavo ya Thindigua has issues with sewerage and last I heard they were trending on social media because of petty issues. Mostly young people in campus without responsibilities are the main tenants so there were issues like fighting and such stuff.

Wee oliskia waapi?
