Kama wasee wa ridgeways wamefika then kweli Nairobi imeoza. Ridgeways had managed to maintain its standards for years but sasa pia hao wanalia. Sakaja is a scam.

Hata hio outskirts unaweza pata shida juu bonobo na zoning ni :backhand_index_pointing_left:---------:backhand_index_pointing_right:

Unanunua shamba in a quite area and your neighbor opens a wines & spirit next to you. Next all the chokoras & cheap whores are congregating outside your gate.

The best place to buy land and build is where there’s an estate like environment

Kule ata huwezi enda kujenga nyumba ya kipuzi otherwise utarudishiwa pesa yako ya land

Those of use who own property far away from Nairobi know why we avoid building anything worth something in gangland.

Pale Karen Brooks si pako ivo and there is noise from Waterfront Mall opposite the road especially on Sundays. Sauti haitambui gates buana if bonobos hold a concert right opposite the road from your estate.

I would argue the smart thing to do would be to buy in a large gated/controlled development na uhakikishe your plot is not in the periphery e.g near the road or shopping center or border with uncontrolled areas. Uishi huko ndani ya estate kabisa.

All cars have noise. Just sit at home, those running in the highway, utaziskia. It may also be sound of wheels on the road. But from 2km, I could hear them loud and clear.

Even in the middle of Lavington such a club has mushroomed: Nabo Bistro owned by Chief Justice Philomena Mwilu herself.
