Butchery meat

How come butchery meat stays on the hook for days and doesn’t get spoilt. But when you buy you have to put in the fridge or else it spoils. Someone enlighten me

Meat inafaa inahang. Ikiwa in stripes or full

That way it doesnt rot.

You can also cut them in stripes and hang them in a non moist environment. And they will last.

Some butchers use chemicals for preservation
