@Wakanyama aka @Motokubwa nukisha vitunguu.
Its a very good business, the only area that hits you is the loss of water and the wastages, but very profitable in that you get upto 200 per kg depending with the market that day…Capital ni kindogo 100-150k is enough for setting up a standard one…
Invest in bone cutter apana Katia watu nyama na shokA
kazi ya nyama ni very lucrative ikikukubali ,lakini ikikukataa unaweza haribu pesa mingi sana
do you have any idea were I can source the meat
dagoretti market,njiru,Burma etc
afathali dagoretti, huki burma as a new customer utauziwa punda
Butchery ni kama kufuga kuku, lazima ukue hapo
am in this business what is your question
very expensive start with hacksaw
where are you located , people from kiambu town , thika road wanaenda Ruiru
It is very annoying watu wanauza nyama ya bin adam alafu anaikata kwa shoka ama panga ni kama unapelekea mbwa. Something funny is that wale wako na equipment do not have sweet meat. Butchery vibanda huwa na nyama tamu sana.
@Motokubwa aka @Wakatimba @Wakahare mkuje kiasi
mfupa hukatwa na hacksaw, panga huwa in splinter bones
Sharp bones can pierce your gums and spoil your meal.
Consultation fee ! @Wakanyama kuja kiasi,nyuma ya tent
It’s nice. Use electrical tools na pia ukuwe na minced meat plus chicken.
Good luck dealing with flies and getting fat while at it. I have never met a successful thin butcher and would never trust one. @Motokubwa is a heavyweight for a reason. But if you are ready to make that compromise and dive into the trenches, it may be very rewarding especially nyama choma, soup and anything that is not raw. Margins are lower for raw meat.
