Guys what is your opinion or experience in biz partnership. I have this partner (silent) who is grossly irrational and greedy.The guy is my cousin and based in US but now that i have hinted of dissolution (reimbursing his capital) since the business is bringing low revenue he insist i should even refund airticket cash he incurred coming here for vaccation. I can live without this business,infact it is peanuts compared to my other ventures.

In my opinion, the best business partership ni kati ya bwana na bibi. First and foremost, you two should have sought the services of a lawyer and come up with a Memorandum of Agreement, share certificates all signed and dated. Another thing, avoid phone calls. Use emails to communicate which creates a paper trail. One day, should you decide to go legal you will need this evidence in writing.
