Dear coast Bus : CC ; Dreamline ; Horizon ; Spanish ; Tahmeed and Simba .
Am writting this letter of investment to you so that atleast you can be thinking ahead like modern coast Bus company officials . Mind you I have not CC Modern Coast because maybe what am about to say they already are in the process of acquring a permit .
My concern is amongst the beautyfull comfortable buses I have just named which bus is thinking of taking its branch offices along thika Road in some specific areas like Trm , Garden City mall ? Are you waiting for Modern Coast Bus to start that officially so that you van again go and do as how Spanish did at Nakumat Prestige along Ngong road ending up not getting enough customers since modern introduced its self in that area and sold its Brand ? Or are you again waiting to be like nakumat in mombasa where by Horizon sold its brand and it is fully booked for easiy accesibility from shanzu , towards bamburi incase of traffic snurlap . Its all about customer service if you call yourselfs big investors in bus company why don’t you do the same at TRM where there will be a lot of ease to your cliemts who stay in that designated area as at from survey , till thika . If you introduced digital booking or online booking why don’t you introduce innovative service to your clients . We all knw traffic is major in any road in Kenya including the road that you travel to all with jam but you don’t want to compansate to your customers by bringing bus office branches to big area malls till you see modern coast that’s when you will be seeing on how to start giving them competition . Am writting this email because modern came , learnt and saw the need to change . My special bus that I love is Coast bus but I wonder why don’t you bring your offices to trm along thika road or bettter yet garden city mall and be picking passenger who stay along this area just like modern does along ngong road where spanish saw its working . We like to travel but try us just bring it along thika road not thika but thika road amongst the mall which is TRM or Garden city mall you will see a great difference in your customer uprise “watu wa thika road wamechoka kupoteza pesa kwa kuwachwa na basi sababu ya traffic na hata train ziko na na branches za kupick abiria kwanini zisiwe mabusi ” . I rarely use modern Coast bus if they happen to bring it to thika road I will be forced to adhere to my sittuation as my friends also said Craig M. C.E.O of Kenya bus world . Am the Public representative and just to let you know Modern started with less bus than most buses but through innovative thinking they are the leading ones in East and Central Africa check the Forbes Magazine .
