True
Labda ujenge na clay, mbao kununua ni stori ingine
following
termites zitakuwa na open day kwako
kuna dawa inaitwa Premise…
If you wanna build a canon, go ahead and build it.
Quite a few ktalkers here only rent, and wouldn’t want to see you succeed.
You’re better off googling.
If you can afford build it. Kenyans will copy you later.
Angalia cost ya mbao…it’s the killer. There is no plant trees after cutting protocol iliisha na moi.
brathe utapata ile makaa utakuwa unanunua huku nairobi ati uende ukachome nyama imetengenezwa na mbao za nyumba yako…
Been having the same idea, lakini phew. The alternative idea I have is refurbishing containers, locating them in the Mt Kenya and Aberdares Highland , why people can come and rent
i was of the thought that, since kplc ime wacha kutumia zile poles za mbao ku erect line ya stima maybe hawa wakulima na ma processors wa mbao wanaweza anza ku collaborate na architect/designers wa this cabin type of houses so that they can use the wood in another way…
tumejenga cabin shaggz na mawe ya quarry just around our neighbourhood in shaggz. rather than shape the stones, they were plastered as is. the roof was thingwad with makuti leaves. the house looks very rustic but has all the amenities of a modern home. you can do anything you want as long as you’re creative and have finances.
Hiyo Nyumba ya bamboo iko sawa sana.

I have this in mind as my 2017 resolution…
The wood is treated to keep them away
