Read to understand and not to reply. That area is obviously under water when it rains. The bridge is built BEFORE it rains to mitigate this. What’s so hard to comprehend there? Tumia akili kidogo hutakufa

Not all areas that have bridges have rivers. It may be a topographic incline that holds water when it rains. Sasa mnataka watu wasipite Kwa amani juu ya maji imesimama?
It’s much easier and cheaper to build a bridge and keep the road straight than an inclined road that you can’t use when it rains
