Two non local already confirmed dead and one treated as missing after alshabaab attacked muma town in mandera in two groups one targeting APS camp and another safaricom’s facilities at around 0040 hrs but were repulsed but in the morning it was discovered two non locals working in the quarries fatally injured and one missing.
