Nairobi County Speaker Beatrice Elachi has resigned from her position.
She handed over the key role to her deputy John Kamangu, pending search for a new office holder.
MCA have been made useless by NMS. What point is having Beatrice Elachi as speaker if NMS is not taking instructions from county assembly.
