Nkaiserry bans all sorts of demonstrations countrywide.
Does he have powers to do so?
Won’t this make matters worse?

he should ban us from sleeping with our women. And make history as the toughest man to have walked on this land if thats the goal.

If push comes to shove, the president can declare a State of Emergency and suspend the constitution. Who will challenge that?

HATA SISI MAPURE BLOOD TUMEBAN HIZO DEMOS AMA WATU WATAHIRI

In the meantime Cord had asked it’s Mp’s not to engage further in parliament on the initiative seeking to find the way forward on the IEBC stalemate.
If Cord believes that parliament is now useless, why ask it’s members not to involve themselves in parliamentary business but somehow continue to draw salaries as sitting mps and Senators.
The logical thing to do is ask all their Mp’s and Senators to resign enmasse to drive their point home.
Kenyans must say a big NO to this hypocrisy. They can’t continue having their cake and eating it.

Say what?!! Aren’t you kidding?

I think he has the powers to ban any rally or demo is he as the head of internal security feels that the demos may result to destruction of property and worse loss of innocent lives.

Just politicking. Demos will go on, police will use Nkaisseri’s word to teargas them, CORD will go to court, courts will declare police action illegal, then we start over again! very predictable. also predictable is that Issack and his team will go home

wewe nugu nilikwambia siku ile nitakutana na wewe nitangoa hizo makende zako nipatie paka ya sokoni ikule dinner- kumanina hii…

Then we cross the bridge when we get there.
Am sure a way will be found once they are out. both sides will realize that their presence is to the detriment of both (ie any eventual winner will have credibility questions hanging over their win). that is, if they haven’t already

You really cant teach an old dog new tricks. The president quotes the constitution to deny CORD’s demands to fire IEBC commissioners then goes ahead to ban demonstrations, how now???

Idiots rioting alafu anaenda equity kukopa
