I have never understood why an importer would be allowed to choose which CFS his container would go to…so Kama unajua CFS where the KRA officers take bribes huko ndio unspeleka yako…
Now dillema again the coastal politicians will demand that replacement wake comes from Coast…and with the Malindi by elections coming up…they are going to amplify this coastal appointment to the hilt
