Thats the reality. Nkurunzinza,Museveni,Kagame,Kiir/Machar in S.Sudan,Magufuli acting like a god and Puppy trying by all means not to be a UOTP. Not forgetting Somalia.This region is messed up big time.

ati ugandans, si those MPs have been paid!. They know hawataingia tena bunge so what they asked for was to get paid the amount they would have earned for the next election period upfront. not this period, but the period after the next election!
Those leaders were elected by Ugandans, and they got what they deserve.
Revolutions take many years to gather steam. At 73 years, he’ll be dead by then.
