News reaching us is that 21 monkeys have been shot dead after invading farms in Muranga county. According to sources from the county residents, there has been an influx of monkeys from the Arberdare forest, which have been terrorising residents and ravaging their farms. The KWS was recently called in to alleviate this problem and they have now resorted to extreme measures to curb the menace.
