Police dont bother investigate murders and suspicious deaths. they just collect bodies. for example, if a person dies at home, police dont bother look into it. if they come they just collect the body. People die at home of poisoning and it ends up not investigated. relatives dont bother say anything because the person involved is also a relative, mama watoto and such. for bodies collected dumped out there nobody bother’'s investigate inless its a prominent person or there is a public uproar.
