Wilbroda:

It’s so sad that there’s a dispensary in Busia with no toilets. I’m told that when patients need to relieve themselves, especially for long calls, they go to the fence to do so. Imagine someone who woke up in the morning, ate githeri with avocado, na akateremsha na Uji ya Wimbi? now they’re pressed and have to rush to the fence to relieve themselves. Just imagine an entire dispensary without a toilet. Shame on you, Governor Otuoma!

READ BEFORE YOU MOUNT THAT CCTV AS A TENANT:

If your CCTV captures your neighbors or your landlord’s wife bathing or a tenant carrying side-chick in and out, you don enter big wahala.

You fit go court.

You rented one flat inside compound, next thing, “I just installed small camera for security.”

Bros, did you take permission from your landlord?

You cannot just install CCTV in a compound you don’t own. That’s someone’s private property, and “security” does not cancel privacy rights.

If your camera captures your landlord, neighbors, or visitors without consent, you can be sued! That’s not “smart,” it’s legally risky.

If you must install anything, seek written consent and make sure it’s not invading other people’s space.

Because that your innocent-looking camera fit land you for court.

Ignorance of the law is not an excuse.
