The number of Kenyan workers earning over Sh100,000 monthly increased by 15,252 to 387,418 last year.
Of these, 92% were women (14,268), while men were 1,256.
We need to sit down as men, look at what we can do to analyze our situation, find money making schemes and work like dogs to achieve it juu ni kubaya.

In a 2024 woke Kenya, formal employment is geared towards modern women. As men we have to admit that dick driven employments are killing opportunities for many young guys and we never call it out.
