Today at around 930 hrs 6 G3 firearms have been recovered at Mayoni Area, Matungu Subcounty near river Nzoia. The recovery was as a result of a tip off from the earlier arrested suspect. The firearms recovered are body numbers KE 6740521, 6933995, 6738369, 6740103, 97085282, 6740014, 8 magazines and 152 rounds of 6.72mm. The recovered rifles have been confirmed to be the ones earlier stolen from Booker Police post, Mumias on 23rd November 2016. One unidentified suspect has been killed.[ATTACH=full]71391[/ATTACH]
