Odunga should have handled this issue in a better way. What would have prevented him from asking the CJ to constitute a five judge bench to handle the case?
Waste of time keeping 5 judges on a non issue and they already have several 100 cases that are very urgent. This just needed a sober impartial judge which he is neither. Now in his last day there, he is overcomed by consequences of his own action. The orders will be set aside by appeal court and the drama ends there. One less route for opposition is closed after today
The elections ended in 2017 and we have a government in place but we are still politicking like its an election year. Justice Odunga is a judge or a luo judge or a nasa judge? It appears he is being viewed as an opposition judge. That is silly.
