Boiled peanuts.

Talkers ever eaten boiled peanuts? There are only two types of people in the world. Those who love boiled peanuts and those who hate them. I’m a lover, Americans call them Goober peas, when they have the shell on.

To cook them, In a large pot start some water boiling. Season that water with any spices you have on hand. ANY spices. You can’t go wrong. Some of my favorites are, cayenne pepper, curry, whatever you have or are in the mood for. It’s all good. Don’t forget salt, lots of salt. Throw your peanuts into the pot and cover with a lid. Check that the water is above the peanuts occasionally and let them cook for a couple of hours. Did you notice I didn’t do any measuring? If it looks good, smells good and tastes good you got it right.

Outside just throw the shells to your chickens. Chickens love them
Tahadhari, hizi peanuts za boiling ziko na nyege excess, hata mukombero haigwes fikia.

nimeikula sana. First time tasting them, was awful, but it all changed, now they taste sweet…whatever changed…

Very nice

Yuck! Tried em na nilitapika kama mwenye mimba

Sasa unaambia watu wanaishi 9th floor Pipeline watoke nje warushie chicken shells kuku zenyewe wanatoa wapi?

Kuishi pipeline is not the end of the world, hata wewe Mungu anaweza kuchapa kiboko usote, ujikute Mathare wacha paipu. Knowing peanut shells are good chicken feed, is information for everyone irregardless of where one stays/lives.

Very sweet but you can’t cook the dried ones, you have to get the freshly harvested. Nilibeba zingine nikaenda nikikula kwa bar huko Mwiki, people kept asking me nakula nini.

Had a buddy in primary school called Jalango who used to carry them by the bag load, loved them since.

Wueeh.
