First, avoid feminine postures. Never cross your legs like women.
Second, develop rough, rugged, manly hands. Women love it because they have cute soft hands.
Thirdly, never seek attention from anonymous strangers, (for example by showing them that you have travelled outside Kenya for the first time in 40 years), or by holding coffee cups. That’s feminine behaviour.
Lastly, never write notes to other men. It’s extremely gay.

Fixing this is simple, you need to always raise your head while walking. Also your shoulders should be behind your ears…this will raise your chest automatically. Always maintain that posture whatsoever. With time utazoea

Posture kitu imenisave ni stretches za back , kitu iliniumizq ni ku work Kwa lapi juu lazima ni bend . I had to change my seat . Streaches ni muhimu.
