Wadau,

AFter several years of ignoring warnings about my sloped/rounded shoulders, I’ve started feeling the effects.

I am 6 feet tall and my chest and upper back hurt banae.

I developed thos nikiwa teenager, and one teacher suggested it was a symptom of low esteem since I want to fit in with the average height students.

How can I fix this posture to see my-self survive into my sixties.

First, avoid feminine postures. Never cross your legs like women.

Second, develop rough, rugged, manly hands. Women love it because they have cute soft hands.

Thirdly, never seek attention from anonymous strangers, (for example by showing them that you have travelled outside Kenya for the first time in 40 years), or by holding coffee cups. That’s feminine behaviour.

Lastly, never write notes to other men. It’s extremely gay.

I had this in highschool, nikiwa staffroom na mzee akanishoo nisimame straight kwa ukuta. Akasema niache ufala. So from that day I changed my poster.
Fixing this is simple, you need to always raise your head while walking. Also your shoulders should be behind your ears…this will raise your chest automatically. Always maintain that posture whatsoever. With time utazoea

Me too am recovering from this, I ruined my shoulders with dumbbells in my teen years, siku hizi I swim(backstroke)

You have scoliosis brazza. Treatment is a back brace. Consult your orthopedist.

Start by doing 50 pushups daily, head facing forward, does wonders for posture.

Increase number of pushups as you continue.

Posture kitu imenisave ni stretches za back , kitu iliniumizq ni ku work Kwa lapi juu lazima ni bend . I had to change my seat . Streaches ni muhimu.

Ukiwa una work kwa laptop. Weka vitabu chini ya laptop…ifike level hau strain your back.
