I fear for Ugandans, M7 is not former President Moi. All of them including illegal smuggling routes they use to steal cobalt from DRC and black sites. They owe their operations on M7 patronage. That’s why they are very silent as he crudely beats up the opposition as he wishes. M7 learnt that survival plan in Africa. Cooperate with the west military/spy agencies and you will have a free hand at home.
