Wadau semeni ideas zenu. Nilianza BnB this year Jan. Nalipa rent 25k every month. It broke even in June and thats it . Since July sijakua na mgeni so rent ya 75k so far bila income. I am thinking of these options

  1. Reducing it to 1 studio apartment in a busy area yenye iko na watu wa short call
  2. Changing its location (iko Lower Kabete)

I need more ideas…
