Is there a thread on blue chips salaries for graduate trainees? By blue chips I mean KPMG, Deloitte, PwC, EY, Safaricom, Centum, Jubilee, GSK, Unilever and all the other companies with a robust GR programme.

Lastly, what was your first salary and how did you survive or manage to move to the next level.
