Tenants wangu all have different leases for the same space. Old tenants wanalipa 5 year old rates, wapya ndio wanalipa current rates.

Why do you need to go Solar in a place i assume is well served by kenya power? In my opinion go kenya power pay 2-5k monthly bill for the water pumping.
